Shipping & Delivery

Order delivery time is divided into two stages:

Processing Time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are typically dispatched to our manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be transported from our warehouse to your destination.

USA & Canada
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–4 Weeks (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

Australia & New Zealand
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–4 Weeks (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

UK & Europe
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–4 Weeks (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

Other Countries
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–5 Weeks (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

Insured Shipping: If your item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof is submitted.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your order is placed at the top of our daily dispatch list sent to our manufacturers. Depending on current order volume, delivery times may be similar to Standard Shipping. Your item is also fully insured.

Tracking numbers may take a few days to a week to update and display accurate tracking information. We recommend using a third-party tracking website such as https://17track.net to monitor your order.

Please be aware that shipping to certain countries may take longer than estimated.

During periods of high order volume, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working diligently to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding — we never want to compromise on product quality. Thank you for shopping with us.

Order Changes

If you need to modify your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it at support@nudefu.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, changes cannot be made. Please double-check your selected size and color before completing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
